Triple C

Terms of Service

The terms that apply when you browse triplecuk.com, contact us or place an order with Triple C.

Clear terms for a fair shopping experience Please review these terms before submitting an order.
These Terms of Service explain the agreement between you and Triple C when you use our website or purchase products from us. Our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and any product-specific information shown before checkout also form part of that agreement.
1

Accurate information

Product, price and delivery details are shown before you place an order.

2

Secure checkout

Available payment methods are displayed before the order is submitted.

3

Consumer rights

Nothing in these terms removes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

2. Accepting these terms

By browsing the website, creating an account, contacting us about an order or submitting an order, you agree to follow these terms where they apply.

You must be legally capable of entering into the relevant transaction, or act with the permission and authority of a person who is legally responsible for it. If you purchase on behalf of a business or another person, you confirm that you have authority to do so.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not place an order through the website.

3. Website use

You agree not to:

  • Use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or misleading purposes.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, customer accounts or connected systems.
  • Introduce malicious code, interfere with security or disrupt normal site operation.
  • Use automated tools to scrape, overload or misuse the website without permission.
  • Submit false contact, billing, delivery or payment information.
  • Use website content in a way that infringes intellectual-property or privacy rights.

We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect customers, the website, our business or legal obligations.

4. Customer accounts

Where account creation is available, you are responsible for providing accurate information and keeping login details confidential.

Contact us promptly if you believe an account has been accessed without permission. We may suspend or close an account where there is suspected fraud, misuse, a security risk or a serious breach of these terms.

5. Product information

We aim to present product titles, descriptions, quantities, prices, images and relevant specifications accurately. Colours and appearance can vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting and photography.

The order includes only the item and quantity described on the relevant product page and in the order summary. Decorative items or example contents shown only for context are not included unless the listing states otherwise.

Packaging may change where the product itself remains materially the same. Please contact us before ordering if a specific detail is essential to your purchase.

Any third-party names or trade marks appearing descriptively remain the property of their respective owners. Their appearance does not imply sponsorship or endorsement unless expressly stated.

6. Availability and purchase limits

Products are subject to availability. Adding an item to a basket does not reserve it. Stock information can change before an order is accepted.

We may apply reasonable quantity limits where necessary to manage limited stock, discourage unauthorised resale, correct an error or protect fair access for customers.

If an item becomes unavailable after payment authorisation, we will contact you and provide an appropriate refund or alternative where you agree to one.

7. Prices and currency

Prices are displayed and charged in pounds sterling (GBP). Standard UK delivery is free.

The final amount payable is displayed before you submit the order. Prices may change for future orders, but a later price change does not alter an order already accepted by Triple C.

We take reasonable care to avoid pricing errors. If an obvious pricing, description or calculation error affects an order, we may contact you before acceptance to offer the correct information or cancel and refund the affected order.

8. Payment

Available payment methods are displayed securely at checkout. Payment must be authorised before an order can be processed.

You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method and that the billing information provided is accurate. A payment may be declined or delayed by the payment provider, card issuer or fraud-prevention checks.

Triple C does not store complete payment-card numbers on its own systems. Approved refunds are normally returned to the original payment method.

9. Placing an order and contract formation

  1. You select the products and review the basket and checkout information.
  2. You submit the order, which is an offer to purchase the selected products.
  3. An automated acknowledgement confirms that we received the order request; it does not necessarily mean the order has been accepted.
  4. The contract is formed when we expressly confirm acceptance or dispatch the order, whichever occurs first.

We may decline or cancel an order for a legitimate reason, including unavailable stock, failed payment, suspected fraud, an obvious error, an address we cannot serve, unlawful activity or a breach of purchase limits.

If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, the relevant amount will be returned to the original payment method.

10. Order changes and cancellations

Contact us promptly if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to assist, but a change cannot be guaranteed after processing or dispatch has begun.

Eligible online customers may also have cancellation rights after delivery. The applicable process, timings, conditions and exceptions are explained in our Returns & Refund Policy.

11. Shipping and delivery

We currently deliver within the United Kingdom only. Standard UK delivery is free.

Processing

Orders are normally prepared within 0–2 business days.

Delivery estimate

Carrier transit is normally 2–5 business days, for an estimated total of 2–7 business days.

Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a specific date. Customers must provide a complete and accurate delivery address.

Tracking, delays, failed delivery attempts, returned parcels and damaged or missing shipments are addressed in our Shipping Policy.

12. Risk and ownership

Responsibility for the physical goods passes to a consumer when the goods are delivered to the customer or a person identified by the customer to receive them, subject to applicable law.

Ownership passes when full payment has been received and the goods have been delivered, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

13. Returns, refunds and faulty goods

Eligible online change-of-mind returns can be requested within 14 days after receiving the goods. The customer normally pays change-of-mind return postage.

Where goods are faulty, damaged, incorrect or not as described, Triple C will provide an appropriate remedy and cover reasonable approved return costs where required.

Our Returns & Refund Policy explains the process, return condition, legal exceptions, postage responsibility and refund timing.

Nothing in these terms or our policies removes statutory rights relating to goods that are faulty, not as described, unsatisfactory or otherwise non-conforming.

14. Promotions and discount codes

Promotions and discount codes may have additional conditions, including an expiry date, eligible products, minimum spend, quantity limit or one-use restriction.

Unless stated otherwise, promotions cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another offer. A promotion may be withdrawn or corrected for future orders where there is misuse, fraud or an obvious error.

Any promotion-specific terms will be shown with the offer and form part of these terms.

15. Reviews, feedback and customer content

Reviews and feedback should reflect a genuine experience and must not be unlawful, abusive, misleading, discriminatory, irrelevant or reveal another person's private information.

By submitting content for publication, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and grant Triple C permission to display and reasonably format it for store and customer-service purposes.

We may moderate or remove content that breaches these standards. We do not require a positive review as a condition of receiving customer support or exercising legal rights.

16. Intellectual property

The website's original text, layout, graphics, branding and other materials are owned by or licensed to Triple C and are protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

You may use the website for personal shopping and ordinary reference purposes. You may not reproduce, republish, sell, alter or commercially exploit protected website content without permission, except where law allows.

17. Third-party services and links

The website may connect to services operated by Shopify, payment providers, delivery providers or other independent third parties.

Third-party websites and services have their own terms and privacy practices. Triple C is not responsible for independent content or services outside our control, but this does not remove responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

18. Website availability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but uninterrupted or error-free access cannot be guaranteed. Access may be restricted temporarily for maintenance, updates, security, technical problems or circumstances outside our control.

Where practical, we will correct significant website errors and restore normal operation within a reasonable period.

19. Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or obligations relating to faulty or misdescribed goods that cannot legally be excluded.

For consumer purchases, Triple C is responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of contract or failure to use reasonable care and skill. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed.

Products sold for ordinary personal use are not supplied for business resale, commercial operations or professional reliance unless expressly agreed. Nothing in this paragraph affects mandatory consumer protections.

20. Events outside reasonable control

We are not responsible for a delay caused by an event outside our reasonable control, such as severe weather, carrier disruption, network failure, industrial action, public emergency or widespread service interruption.

We will take reasonable steps to reduce the effect of the event and communicate where an accepted order is materially affected. Your legal rights relating to serious delay, cancellation or non-delivery remain unaffected.

21. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how Triple C collects, uses, stores and shares personal information. Available cookie choices are provided through the store's privacy and cookie controls.

22. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes in the website, services, business operations or legal requirements.

Updated terms apply to future website use and future orders from the date they are published. An accepted order remains governed by the terms applicable when the contract was formed, unless a change is required by law or agreed with you.

23. General terms

  • Severability: if part of these terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining parts continue to apply.
  • No waiver: a delay in enforcing a right does not automatically mean that right has been waived.
  • Transfer: you may not transfer your rights or obligations under an order without our agreement. We may transfer our rights and obligations where this does not reduce your consumer protections.
  • Third-party rights: unless expressly stated, these terms do not give another person a right to enforce the contract.

24. Governing law and disputes

These terms and customer orders are governed by the laws applicable in the United Kingdom, without removing any mandatory protections available to you under the law of the part of the UK where you live.

Please contact us first if a dispute arises so we can try to resolve it fairly. Nothing in these terms restricts your right to use a court or another remedy available under applicable law.
